01 · The preview
How we know about you and what the free preview is.
How we know about you and what the free preview is.
How did you know about my business?
You're listed on Google Maps without a website. We use the official Google Places API — not scraping — and the information we use is the same information any customer searching for you already sees: your name, address, phone, hours, photos, and reviews.
Is the preview a mockup or a real website?
It's a real, working page. The link you got points at the actual site you'd own — same domain, same hosting, same CMS. Nothing changes at claim except billing kicks in and the preview banner disappears.
I didn't get an email. Can I still see my preview?
Yes. Go to the homepage, type your business name and city, pick yourself from the list, and we'll mail you a verification link. Click it and the preview is ready in about a minute.
Will the preview link expire?
Outreach previews stay live for 14 days from the day we sent the first email. After that, the link still works but the page may be archived. You can always request a fresh preview from the homepage.
Why does it look so much like my shop?
We feed your storefront photos into a multimodal AI model and ask it to pick a type pairing and brand color that match real signage. Brick wall and white letters get a different look than a painted awning with a serif. It's deliberately not a generic template.
02 · Designs & templates
Many hand-built designs — how to pick one, how to switch.
Many hand-built designs — how to pick one, how to switch.
How many designs are there?
A lot — a full set of hand-built designs for restaurants, salons, contractors, and shops. We pick a starting design based on your category; you can switch to any of the others live from the editor and the page rerenders instantly.
What if my business doesn't fit those categories?
The salon set is the default and covers most service businesses — barbers, nail salons, spas, studios, retail. It's a flexible "clean and local" look that adapts to almost any vertical. If you have a more specific need, write us and we'll likely build a variant for it.
Can I have my own custom design?
On the Premium plan we can swap in a custom variant for you (additional cost, scoped on request). For most owners, picking one of the ready-made designs and adjusting headline, photos, color, and font is plenty.
Can I change colors and photos?
Yes. Color theme, photos, hours, services, headline, about, social links — anything in the editor saves live. The only thing that's not directly editable is the underlying HTML structure of the chosen variant.
03 · Ordering & booking
How customers buy, book, or get a quote through the page.
How customers buy, book, or get a quote through the page.
Can people order online from my page?
Yes — either by deep-linking to your existing ordering tool (Toast, Square, Clover, ChowNow, Olo, DoorDash Direct) or by using the built-in form. Paste a URL into the editor and the page's "Order online" button takes them straight there.
What about reservations or appointments?
Same idea. Paste a Calendly, Acuity, OpenTable, Resy, Tock, Square Appointments, or Booksy link and the page's booking CTA points there. Or use the built-in form — every request lands in your dashboard inbox and on a month-view calendar.
Do I have to switch tools?
No. We integrate with what you already use; we never require you to migrate orders, customers, or payment data into our system.
What if I'm not on any of those tools?
The built-in form has four shapes — contact, reservation, appointment, quote — and you pick the one your business needs. Submissions email you and live in your dashboard.
04 · Editing your page
Self-serve CMS — what's editable and how fast it goes live.
Self-serve CMS — what's editable and how fast it goes live.
Can I edit my page myself?
Yes. The dashboard is a plain form — no drag-and-drop, no theme picker maze. Change the text, upload photos, set hours on a grid, reorder services. Save and it's live in under 30 seconds.
What's in the dashboard?
- Today — your home screen: to-dos, recent activity, a traffic snapshot, and a site-health checklist
- Edit page — one two-pane editor with a live preview that updates as you type. Tabs cover content (headline, about, hours), your menu or services (items with optional price, photo, and section), media (photos and logo), contact details and forms, and SEO. A Design pop-out handles layout, color theme, font, and which sections show
- Inbox — messages and booking requests in one threaded view, plus a month calendar for confirmed appointments (Pro & Premium)
- Blog — write posts in a markdown editor; draft, publish, and they land on your domain at /blog (Pro & Premium)
- Analytics — views, uniques, time on page, 14-day chart
- Domain — registration, expiry, WHOIS contact
- Account — plan, password, billing portal
What if something is wrong on the page?
Edit it. There's no support ticket required for content changes. If something is broken (not a content issue), reply to any email from us or write support@seenly.biz — we answer fast.
Can I run multiple businesses from one login?
Yes. The topbar has a business switcher chip — flip between any sites you own with one click. Each business has its own page, billing, and inbox.
Can I publish blog posts?
Yes, on Pro and Premium. Each site gets a blog at
/blog on your domain. Posts are written in a plain markdown editor — headings, bold, italics, links, bullets — with a banner image and an excerpt. Save as a draft or publish; drafts never appear publicly. Every published post gets its own JSON-LD article markup so it counts as fresh content for local search, and is added to your sitemap automatically. Can the AI write the blog for me?
On Premium, yes — our AI will draft a fresh post about your business on whatever cadence you set: weekly, twice a week, or every other day. There's also a “Generate with AI” button for one-off posts. Each post is published straight to your blog with the right schema; you can edit, unpublish, or delete anything afterwards. Up to 20 AI posts per month (manual and scheduled share the same budget) — the counter resets on the 1st of each month.
05 · Pricing & billing
What you pay, how cancellation works.
What you pay, how cancellation works.
How much does it cost?
Three monthly plans, no setup fee. Starter at $17/mo is subdomain hosting + the editor + a working contact form (every inquiry emailed to you). Pro at $32/mo adds a custom domain, removes branding, gives you the unified messages inbox, branded email aliases (hello@yourshop.com), manager invites, the blog at /blog on your own domain, and the 14-day analytics chart. Premium at $45/mo adds reservation / appointment / quote forms, the appointments calendar, two-way in-thread inbox replies, auto Google-review requests, AI auto-blog (writes posts on a schedule, up to 20/mo), full analytics, an SEO panel, and priority support. Annual saves 20% on Starter and 25% on Pro & Premium.
Is there really no setup fee?
None. Every direct competitor charges $0 to start and the preview model means you've already seen the page before you decide. Pay your first month and the site is yours.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from
/dashboard/account → Manage billing. Month-to-month, no contract, no cancellation fee. Your card isn't billed again after you cancel.Do I get a refund?
See /returns for the policy. Short version: if you're in the first 14 days and the page isn't working for you, we'll refund the current month's plan fee.
06 · Domain & hosting
How URLs work and what happens to your domain.
How URLs work and what happens to your domain.
What URL do I get?
On Starter, your page lives at
yourname.seenly.biz. On Pro and Premium you can register a custom domain (e.g. yourshop.com) and we point it at your page automatically.Do I own the domain I buy through you?
Yes. We register it in your name (the WHOIS contact is yours, prefilled from your Stripe checkout details and editable from the Domain panel). If you cancel, you take the domain with you — it's yours, not ours.
Can I bring my own existing domain?
Yes. Pro and Premium plans support custom domains; we'll walk you through pointing your DNS at our hosting. Most owners are live within a few hours of updating the records.
Is hosting fast and secure?
Pages are statically rendered and served from a global edge network with free SSL. Lighthouse 90+ on mobile is the target for every site we ship.
