Canceling (and coming back)

What goes offline when, what we keep, and how to restart.

Cancelling

  1. 1Open Plan & billing → Cancel subscription.
  2. 2Confirm. We stamp the end of your current billing period.
  3. 3You keep full access until that date — every feature your current plan unlocks keeps working.
  4. 4On the end date, your subscription closes. The subdomain goes offline; the dashboard locks down.

What we keep after you cancel

  • Your content stays in our database for 90 days — page copy, photos, contact submissions, bookings, invoices.
  • Re-subscribe within 90 days and everything comes back exactly as it was. Sign-in, content, history.
  • After 90 days we anonymise the data; we keep enough for legal/financial records but the public site and operational content are gone.

Reactivating

Sign in at seenly.biz/login with the same email. The dashboard shows a “Reactivate” banner; click it, pick a plan, pay, and you’re back. Your site goes live on the same subdomain within a minute.

Refunds

We don’t do refunds for time you’ve already paid for — your subscription runs out the period instead of refunding. If something went genuinely wrong (charged twice, charged the wrong amount, charged after cancellation), write support@seenly.biz with the dates and we’ll make it right.
