Navigating the dashboard

Every left-nav page, what it does, and what plan unlocks it.

Signing in

  1. 1Go to seenly.biz/login (or click “Client portal” in the top right of any marketing page).
  2. 2Sign in with the email you used to claim your business.
  3. 3If you forgot your password, click “Forgot password” — we’ll email you a reset link.
First time signing in after claim? Check your inbox for a welcome email — it has a one-click set-password link. The link works for 24 hours; if it expires, use the forgot-password flow.

How the nav is organised

The left rail groups pages by job, not by feature name. There are six groups: Overview, Your site, Inbox, Money, Insights, and Account. Pick the subtopic below for the page you want to learn — each one explains what the page does, what plan unlocks it, and how to use it.

  • Overview — Today: your morning glance at what changed.
  • Your site — the page editor, your domain, blog, and the embed widget.
  • Inbox — visitor messages, booking calendar, review-request management, and newsletter blasts.
  • Money — invoices, promo codes, and Stripe payouts.
  • Insights — analytics and traffic.
  • Account — plan, billing, and your team.

Things that work the same on every page

  • Saving — most fields save automatically when you tab out. Changes are live within seconds; there is no separate publish step.
  • Business switcher — if you own more than one business, the chip at the top of the rail flips between them. Each one has its own content, plan, and billing.
  • Plan upsells — locked pages show an upgrade card with the exact plan needed.
  • Collaborator role — `edit` collaborators only see the editor; `full` see everything except Team and Stripe Connect; `owner` sees all.
