Every visitor message lands here.

Layout

Two panes: a list of threads on the left, the selected thread on the right. The filter chips at the top of the list — All, Messages, Bookings, Quotes — match against the form type the visitor filled out.

Pro vs Premium

  • Pro (Maintain) — Inbox is view-only. The thread shows the visitor’s message; you reply from your own email and the visitor’s reply goes to your real inbox.
  • Premium (Grow) — Reply in-thread from the dashboard. We email the visitor via our infrastructure; their reply threads back here so the whole conversation lives in one place.
Either way, you also get an email notification the moment any submission arrives, so you never have to refresh the dashboard to know about it.

Booking actions

On a Premium booking thread (reservation / appointment / quote), the thread header shows Confirm / Update / Cancel / Create invoice / Delete buttons.

  • Confirm — flips the booking to confirmed and emails the visitor (idempotent — only fires once).
  • Update — propose a new time; the visitor gets a one-click accept email.
  • Cancel — polite cancellation email to the visitor.
  • Create invoice — jumps to Invoices with the visitor’s name, email, service, and amount pre-filled.
  • Delete — removes the booking and the thread entirely.

Plan

Pro (view-only) and Premium (two-way replies + booking actions). Starter sees an upgrade card.
