Ask happy customers for a Google review — automatically, or one at a time.

Why this matters

Google reviews are the single biggest driver of where you rank on Google Maps for local searches. The more recent five-star reviews you have, the more often new customers find you. This page makes the “ask for the review” part automatic.

Automated post-booking review requests

Toggle “Review automation” on. Once on, every time you confirm a booking, we queue a review-request email to that customer for a few days later — long enough that they’ve had their appointment, short enough that it still feels like a real ask.

  • Sends only fire for confirmed bookings — declines and pending bookings don’t.
  • We only ask once per booking — no follow-up nag if they don’t click.
  • The email links to your real Google review page; click-throughs are tracked so you can see who actually went to write a review.
Requires a real Google Business listing. If your business was imported manually (or doesn’t have a Google profile yet), the toggle will tell you and refuse to send.

Manual review request

Got a happy walk-in or phone-only customer who never went through your booking form? Enter their name and email at the bottom of the page and click Send. We email them the same branded review request as the automated path.

  • Rate-limited to 10 manual sends per hour per business.
  • Recent-requests list below shows everyone you’ve emailed, when they got it, and whether they clicked through.
  • Same Google-listing requirement as the automated flow.
