- Calendar — month grid. Each booking is a ribbon: solid for confirmed, dashed for pending.
- List — agenda view of upcoming bookings, grouped by date.
Clicking a booking
Clicking any booking jumps you straight to its thread in the Inbox so you can Confirm / Update / Cancel from there.
Where review requests live
Review-request automation and manual review-request sends used to share this page. They now live on their own “Reviews” page under the Inbox group — open that to toggle automation or email a walk-in customer.
