Plan summary
The top of the page shows your active plan, monthly or annual cadence, and next renewal date. The plan picker below lets you switch tiers — the proration preview shows exactly what we’ll charge or credit before you confirm.
Changing your card or address
- 1Click “Manage billing”.
- 2We hand you to Stripe’s secure billing portal in a new tab.
- 3Add or change a card; update your billing address.
- 4Close the tab when done — changes save automatically.
Invoices
Every Seenly charge generates an invoice PDF. The Invoices list on this page links to each one — click Download for the PDF, or open them in your email if you prefer.
Password & email
Change your sign-in email or password from the bottom card. Password updates take effect immediately; email changes require confirming the new address by clicking a link we send to it.
Cancelling
Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page. Your site stays live until the end of the current billing period; after that the subdomain goes offline. Your content stays in our database for 90 days, so you can re-subscribe and pick up where you left off.
