Reward repeat customers, run a grand-opening special.
What it does
On Premium, your contact / reservation / appointment / quote form gets an optional “Promo code” field. Visitors type a code; if it matches a code you’ve created, the booking row in your inbox shows the redemption inline so you remember to apply the discount.
Creating a code
- 1Open Promo codes (under Money).
- 2Click New code. Enter the code itself (FRIENDS25, GRANDOPENING, etc.), a description, and a value (percentage or dollars).
- 3Save. The code is live immediately on every form on your site.
You can also turn the promo-code field off entirely from the same page if you don’t want visitors to see it.
Where redemptions show up
Every booking with a redeemed code shows the code as a small tag on the inbox row and inside the thread. The discount itself isn’t applied automatically — Seenly is the booking system, not the POS — but the redemption is visible everywhere you’ll need to remember it.
