Invoices
Send a bill, get paid, mark it done.
How it works
Compose an invoice in the dashboard. We email the recipient a short branded message with a link to the hosted invoice (/invoice/<token>). They view it in the browser, print to PDF if they want a copy, and either mail you a check or — if you have Stripe Connect on — pay the invoice with a card right inside the page.
Composing an invoice
- 1Open Invoices in the dashboard. Click New invoice.
- 2Enter the recipient name and email, the item description, and the amount.
- 3Optional: toggle “Accept payment” to embed a Pay-now button (requires Stripe Connect — see the Stripe Connect topic).
- 4Click Send. We email the recipient and add the invoice to your list.
Invoice numbers auto-increment per business (INV-001, INV-002, …). View tokens are random and unguessable — only the recipient can open the hosted view from their email.
Managing invoices
- Mark paid — flips the invoice to Paid and stamps the time. Use when the customer paid you outside Stripe.
- Void — cancels an unpaid invoice. You cannot void a paid invoice or mark a void invoice paid.
- Resend — re-emails the link if the customer never opened the first one.
- Re-prefill — clicking “Create invoice” on a booking thread pre-fills the form with the visitor’s details so you don’t retype.
Plan
Premium only. Stripe in-line payment additionally requires Stripe Connect onboarding (see the Stripe Connect topic).
