Choosing a plan
What Starter, Pro, and Premium each unlock — and when each one is the right fit.
The three tiers
- Starter ($17/mo) — your live site on a *.seenly.biz subdomain, the page editor, and a working contact form that emails you on every submission. Best when you mostly need a presence and a way for people to reach you.
- Pro ($32/mo) — adds the unified inbox (view-only — replies go through your own email), the blog, team invites, AI logo generation, and basic analytics. Best when you’re actively replying to leads and want one place to read them.
- Premium ($45/mo) — adds two-way replies in the inbox, bookings + the calendar, Stripe payments, invoices, promo codes, review automation, newsletter blasts, the embeddable booking widget, AI auto-blog, and SEO overrides. Best when your site is doing actual work — taking bookings or moving money.
Plan ids never change behind the scenes — `claim` / `maintain` / `grow`. You may see those words in invoices or support replies; “Maintain” means Pro and “Grow” means Premium.
Monthly vs annual
Annual saves 20% on Starter and 25% on Pro & Premium. The catch is you pay the whole year up-front. Pick monthly first if you’re trying us out; if you’re still here in a couple of months, switch to annual from Billing and we credit your unused monthly time.
Five questions to pick the right plan
- Do customers book appointments / reservations? → Premium.
- Do you want to take card payments through the site? → Premium (Stripe Connect).
- Do you want to reply to customer messages from inside Seenly instead of your own inbox? → Premium.
- Do you want a blog, AI-generated or otherwise? → Pro or Premium.
- Just need a presence + contact form? → Starter is enough.
Changing your mind later
Plan changes are immediate and prorated — you can move up or down any time from Billing. There’s no penalty for starting on Starter and upgrading once you grow.
