What happens after checkout

Your site goes live the moment Stripe confirms the charge.

The next two minutes

  • Your site is published on its subdomain immediately. Visit it and it’s live.
  • We create your dashboard account using the email you used at checkout.
  • We email you a welcome message with a one-click set-password link.
  • The link works for 24 hours; after that, use “Forgot password” to reset.

First sign-in checklist

  1. 1Click the welcome email link and set a password.
  2. 2You land on /dashboard/account?welcome=1 — read it; it’s a short tour.
  3. 3Open Today (the dashboard home) and skim the site-health checklist.
  4. 4Open Edit page → Content. Read your headline, About paragraph, and basics. Anything that doesn’t sound like you — fix it.
  5. 5Visit your live site from a phone. Click the contact button to test it.

Common “help, this looks wrong” situations

  • Wrong slug picked at checkout — write support@seenly.biz; we can change it in one operation.
  • Wrong plan — change it yourself from Billing.
  • Charge didn’t go through but I’m signed in — refresh; if it persists, write us.
  • Welcome email never arrived — check spam, then write us with the email you used.
