Pro vs Premium: how replies work

View-only inbox on Pro; two-way conversation on Premium.

Pro (Maintain)

  • The Inbox is view-only — you can read every message but not reply from it.
  • Replies happen from your own email. The visitor’s ack email sets Reply-To to your real address so a Reply from them hits your inbox.
  • Use it as a searchable log of everything that has ever come through your forms.

Premium (Grow)

  • Open any thread → there’s a reply box at the bottom.
  • Type, send. We email the visitor through Resend with the right thread headers.
  • The visitor’s reply comes back as an `in` message in the same thread — the conversation lives in one place.
  • First reply on a thread automatically includes the original submission details (booking when, party, total) at the bottom so they don’t have to scroll back.
If your inbox already lives in Gmail / Outlook and you prefer it there, Pro is the right plan. Premium’s in-dashboard reply is for owners who want a separate, work-only conversation surface.

Rate limits

Premium replies are throttled at 60 per hour per business — high enough that no real conversation hits it, low enough to stop a runaway script from burning your sending reputation.
