Disconnecting and reconnecting

Switching processors, taking a break, or starting over.

Disconnecting

  1. 1Open Payments → Stripe Connect.
  2. 2Click Disconnect. Confirm.
  3. 3Effective immediately: “Pay now” buttons on invoices stop working, and the booking-deposit option is hidden.
  4. 4Existing payouts continue to settle on Stripe’s side — nothing already charged is reversed.

Reconnecting

Click “Connect with Stripe” again. Stripe remembers your account; you usually skip straight to the confirm screen instead of redoing the whole onboarding.

Closing your Stripe account entirely

Do that from inside Stripe’s dashboard — not Seenly. We only have the connection; the account itself belongs to you.
